Close all juices, purees etc. and store them in the fridges *Done3. Collect all equipment (cutting board, knives, shakers, bar mats etc.) and bring them to STWRD area to wash *Done4. Remove all pourers from bottles, soack them in the hot water and wash after *Done5. Close all bottles with corks or screws and wipe bottles nicely *Done6. Store them in the cabinets *Done8. The rest of the alcohol store carefully on the trolley and bring back to the BOH *Done9. Empty the trash bin and ensure it's cleaned and sanitized with the Suma Bac along with the area around *Done10. Place new trash bag *Done11. Refill all fridges with required beverages inside the bar and in the beverage store - ensure FIFO standard is followed *Done12. Turn off the Micros printer *Done13. Empty the ice container and sliding ice caddy using hot water, wipe it down and sanitise with Suma Bac *Done14. Wash all water sinks with sponge and soap (focus on the corners) and sanitize with Suma Bac *Done15. Remove all glasses - wash and sanitize the surface underneath - every Wednesday and Sunday *Done16. Wash all fridges with soap and sanitize *Done17. Wipe and sanitize bar counter *Done18. All glasses are washed and polished - get them ready for the next day *Done19. Print out Sales Report - and fill up the Bar Daily inventory form *Done20. Complete all transfers in SCM and indicate that in Bar inventory form - should be done on the same day *Done21. Place the order for food and beverages in SCM - every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday *Done22. Lock all fridges and cabinets *Done23. Walk around your area one more time and ensure that everything is completed *Done24. Turn off the lights *Done25.
